SOLVED RIDDLE.

Assisi is a town in the Umbria region, on the western flank of Monte Subasio. It is the birthplace of St. Francis.

In 1997 Assisi was struck by an earthquake that damaged the Basilica of Saint Francis. This video shows the earthquake in Assisi and the collapse of the Basilica dome.

La risposta del Poeta è: Oriente...

Però chi d’esso loco fa parole,
non dica ... ché direbbe corto,
ma Orïente, se proprio dir vuole.

Italy does not have much gothic churches. So this basilica di San Francesco is relatively easy to find with google search.

Yes, is the Basilica of San Francesco in Assisi. For an Italian, as Alberto, it is quite easy, because it is one of the most famous and most beautiful Italian churches.
The interior of the church (inside there are two churches) is really wonderful.

Twice sorry. Didn't open this yesterday - busy labeling. And would have been too easy. But still a great view. Cheers, Martin
