SOLVED RIDDLE.
The Tagliamento is a braided river in north-east Italy, flowing from the Alps to the Adriatic Sea at a point between Trieste and Venice.
The river is very interesting from an ecological point of view, because it is considered the only one of the entire Alpine arc and one of the few in Europe to preserve a morphology with intertwined canals. This is also one of the rainiest areas in Italy.
