Very nice sunset. From a Windsurfers perspective I would say strong wind, good for surfing, but perhaps not yet storm (> 40 knots) ?!

Your analysis is correct. In Italian this situation is called "mareggiata". The German translation is approximate ;-)
I change the title with the correct word, but in Italian.

Sorry, I didn't want to teach you. Maybe only for surfers there is a big difference between strong wind (great fun) and storm (fight for your life) ... ;-)
