A nice viewpoint, that show both how protected the many fjord are, and how exposed the outermost points are. And above all, how remote and un-developed it is.

Pano made from 46 HF pics (RAW), developed in DPP (daylight, neutral, moderate sharpness), stitched in PTGui pro, scaling and sharpeness in Irfanview.

Comments

Once more, perfect harmony between wild landscape and well-organised parking ;-) I hope it weren't my comments that triggered you to show this... Cheers, Martin

... and probably also an interesting place for a one-night-stand in the camper or Icelandic "off-road vehicle" ;-) ... another great Iceland impression! Happy New Year 2023, dear Jan!

Cheers, Hans-Jörg

A lovely quiet place.
Good that you also show a pleasant reality: your car seems to be the only one.

A very nice place. Meanwhile I have to change my opinion about the Icelandic summer as you keep posting more and more blue sky pics. I find it a pity that the middle stripe is so narrow. I could do without 20% each upstairs and downstairs, as well as the parking place.

I can understand why the parked car isn't everybodys thing, but all in all I will leave it as it is. I will soon show the snowclad fjells in a tele, so think of this pano as consumer labeling :-) LG Jan.
