You made it too easy now. The (howver much older) name of the city and its castle reminds a bit of a medivial political party with also at least German if not Swabian origin ;-)

Sei riuscito praticamente a trasportare Monteriggioni sul Tavoliere...
A livello di nomi, mi sono sempre chiesto se questo ha qualcosa a che fare con Luceram in Francia. Probabilmente non piú di quanto abbia a che fare la Luserna dove vado a suonare l'organo e quella in Val Pellice!

So I was wrong - I thought it is Castello di Melfi. Same emperor however ;-)
