As I have said other times, Lake Como is my favorite lake.

As a historical curiosity, I can add that Dongo is the country where the Italian dictator Mussolini was captured by the partisans in 1945. When he was captured he was disguised as a German soldier. He was then executed, always on Lake Como, but at another location.
