SOLVED RIDDLE.

Ventimiglia is the last Italian town before the French border.
Both the stretch of Italian coastline that the French one has been hit by a huge building speculation, but, in my opinion, this remains, despite everything, one of Europe's most beautiful areas, particularly if you move away a little from the coast.
The French side is more famous and better organized, but, from a landscape point of view, the areas are quite equivalent.

Yes, it Ventimiglia. In the background is also the border to France and Monaco.
