Yesterday I managed to go only for an hour and a half on the walkway of Christo.
It has been an exhausting experience, with nearly two-hour queue, but truly exceptional. If I can, I will return.
The main problem is being able to get to the walkway. Sulzano, the town from which begins the walkway, you can only reach by train or by bus-shuttle. Then you have to queue to get to the walkway. The queue length is variable, but in some cases, can be up to 4-5 hours.
Once it has reached the walkway, however, it is a great satisfaction. The walkway sways a little and is very pleasant to walk on. There are always people on the walkway, but it is not too crowded.
Walk on it is a really special feeling.
I have indicated the exact location of the shots in the pano 19903.
If anyone would like to try to get there, you must be noted that you can only until July 3. I do not think that this date will be extended, because the walkway requires many people to ensure safety.

Ho sentito dire che l'installazione durerà esattamente 384 ore - quindi 16 giorni.

Ciao, Alvise
Unfortunately, the Lake Iseo and Sulzano have problems to receive a million visitors in 15 days. I hope there are not too many inconveniences for visitors.
LG Jörg
Kindly regards, Matthias.
VG, Danko.
Gruss Walter
