The view from the Getty Center reaches from Bel Air over Los Angeles Downtown up to Santa Monica and the Pacific. Unfortunately as is often the case smog covers everything. Closeby is the Griffith Observatory which is the place to see the sea of lights at night.

I hope that take 2 on this panorama has now a better alignment than take 1: CANON EOS600D, 13 photos stitched together

Dunst ist leider der Feind des Panoramafotografen.
Trotz der schlechten Sicht ist es, finde ich, ein gelungenes Panorama. Vorallem weil es schwierig ist, ohne Horizont das Bild auszurichten.
Ich versuche mir vorzustellen, wie sich das bei Nacht darstellt. Vielleicht kommt ja noch ein Bild nach.

ich hatte zwar vor, ein Nachtpanorama vom Griffith Observatory zu erstellen, dazu kam es dann aber nicht mehr. Obama meinte George Clooney besuchen zu muessen, und dann war Hillary Clinton auf Spendentour - und somit wurde LA groesstenteils fuer den Verkehr gesperrt und dadurch viel dass dann leider aus.
