Lago Nordenskiöld, in the Paine park, accompanies for a long time the trekkers following the classical W circuit - more of 100.000 people every year, it is said. I cannot explain here what the W circuit is, since non-trekkers are not interested, while fond trekkers would consider a scandal to read, from an outsider to their world like me, an explanation of their absolute number one:

This lake is outstanding for the colour of its water. Click on the location link to enjoy the variety of colours of the lakes in this region; here this aspect remains a bit hidden because of the particular evening light, mainly dominated by the light reflected by the clouds. Be patient, and I will supply also some daylight picture.
At the Standort of this photo it is already time to head into the Valle del Francés, with the Paine Grande already looming at the right side of the picture.
NB: treat the labels with a certain care. Namely, after a long pause, I feel a bit out of exercise with Patagonian documentation, for example I do not remember the reliability hierarchy among the various sources. With a bit of patience, things should improve...

Buonanotte, Alberto.
So, a restoration would probably take on the aspect of the example shown in the Testplatz 7449.
I do not have alternative ideas - every suggestion is of course welcome. In addition, I need some time to understand to which extent all this would be worth, also considering that
1) I would have material to "fill in" the winter without touching Patagonia at all;
2) I would have material to restart the Patagonia narration, which at the time had perhaps reached a 30%, from scratch, relying only on new material. Of course, in this case the old discussions would remain lost.
Cheers, Alberto.
