Having seen this week some views from Les Calanches de Piana, I figured out the hypothesis to publish this old picture.
Here I am walking from the Rochers Bleues up to the summit of Capu d'Orto, one of the most striking panoramic points in NW Corsica.
Of Piazza Moninca I do not remember whether I liked more the originality of the name or the place in itself - consider that in Corsica I am in the same trouble more often than not. However, such a question is of no interest to the Betrachter, and he will judge by himself whether he is attracted by this hidden spot - which, in a late summer sunset, is guaranteed to be free of crowds.

Kind regards, Matthias.
I thought that these granites could be more original and instructive than the classical romantic sunset visible in the opposite direction: www.panoramio.com/photo/70882068
Cheers, Alberto.
