Chamundeshwari Temple is about 13km away from Mysore and is located on top of the picturesque Chamundi Hills (3489ft). The temple is named after Goddess Chamundi who is believed to be the incarnation of Parvati. The foundation of the temple is built in the 12th century whereas the tower is much newer (late17th century early 18th century). Halfway up the hill is one of the biggest Nandi statues in India. I may perhaps show a pano later on. (Nandi is Shiva's holy bull).
The cow in the pano was slowly moving through my pano and if you carefully look behind the Mango-stand you can see her again. It is NOT a specially mounted pano I only started with the first picture in the middle of the motif.
