I feel lucky to have been able to go take these photos: After a hazy morning, the sky turned just grey around noon that day. To my surprise the sun came back midafternoon & provided for some wonderful light.
Some trees already show their first spring leaves whereas others still have the winter look, showing just their branches. Normally one wouldn\'t see this amount of green around Toronto in mid April as nature usually takes quite some time to wake up after winter.
The Scarborough Bluffs some of the more interesting scenery in the Toronto Area. These sandstone cliffs rise as high as 65m.
Erosion is still a problem, especially after a building boom in the 1940s led to the construction of many cottages on the top near the edge. Well some of those that were built too close to the edge are no longer there...
