My first thought when seeing the preview was of the Golden Gate Bridge - but this one is of course also very impressive. KR Arno

The Golden Gate Bridge of San Francisco is very similar.

Die Brücke kenne ich nur von der anderen Seite, aber beim ersten Hingucken dachte ich auch gleich an Golden Gate Bridge. Eine äußerst imposante Brücke, diese in Lissabon. VG HJ

Hallo Johannes. Also for me Lisbon is very nice. I think that Lisbon is the most Mediterranean of the not Mediterranean cities :-)

I don't know who of the Munich guys here remembers the Süddeutsche Zeitung Magazin's "Rätselrennen" every summer - 50 incredibly hard riddles, and every year started with a description of a town that sounded all like San Franscisco (suspension bridge, cable cars, ...), but in most cases wasn't. Lissabon was the first solution, Istanbul also turned up, and I don't remember any more. Cheers, Martin

Again a very photogenic motif, well presented.

When the bridge reaches the other side, the soft clouds take all the attention.
